Do you have any onboarding fees?
None that are mandatory. We do have an optional $220.00 onboarding kit, which includes 500 premium business cards, three open house signs, and one metal for sale sign and frame.
Do you have any lead programs like opcity?
We don't offer any lead generation programs. However, our CRM, Chime has some amazing paid features to collect and convert online leads. We also have tons of training videos on our 101 page to create Facebook Ads geared towards new construction Buyers, and Google PPC leads that are subdivision specific.
So just to confirm: $500 on each of my first fifteen deals yearly, $600 on my first deal annually for the tech deck package, $50 a transaction after I cap, and $50 on leases and referrals, is that truly all you charge?
That is truly it. No fine print, no additional E&O fees, consumer fees, office/desk fees.
And the best part, if we ever do decide to raise either the transaction fee or cap amount, you are grandfathered in! What you sign up for is what you will remain to recieve for the entirety of your career at OnDemand Realty.

Do you offer anything if we recruit other agents to OnDemand Realty?
We sure do! Up to $1,500 cash per Realtor you bring aboard OnDemand Realty.
· $500 if the Realtor has done five or less deals in the past 12 months.
· $1,500 if the Realtor has done six or more transactions in the past 12 months.
Whats your rules on branding myself or my team?
We're all for it! OnDemand Realty started as OnDemand Realty Group before becoming a Brokerage. We understand the importance of branding and we are all for you doing that! (As long as its TREC compliant of course).

Do you have preferred vendors we have to use?
Do we have preferred Vendors, yes. Are you obligated to use them? Absolutely not. Nor do we shove them down your throat like other Brokerages. Our preferred Vendors such as Lender, Title, Home inspector, Property insurance are not just the people that pay us the most. They are extremely vetted, and are truly there to help you succeed in Real Estate.
What TREC forms do you require?
Rest assured we do not require the residential services addendum! The only forms we require between Realtor and Client are:
· Information About Brokerage Services
· General Info And Notice to Seller or Buyer
· Listing Agreement or Residential Buyers Agreement
